You're a talented person and yet you feel lost, uncertain, misunderstood and sad that you can't find meaning in what you do and live? Would you like to change, but don't quite know where to start? I offer you a space where you can rest, recharge, understand yourself and feel the brighter version of yourself, in the form of individual coaching. During the coaching, you can deconstruct and transcend what limits you. You'll be able to (re)connect to the joy, lightness and freedom of creating a life that resonates with you. I remain available between sessions to support your transformation. Every journey is unique, just like you. I don’t offer ready-made formulas, although I propose packages. I share my tools, knowledge and tips with you in the form of mentoring and coaching. Whatever the color of your path, I'll help you reveal yourself and embrace your creative power.
As a coach and change facilitator, I (re)connect people to the joy and freedom of being themselves. Because being yourself will allow you to reach your objectives without burning yourself.
After a long career leading teams and projects in a major corporation, I have turned to coaching, training and running practical workshops in personal development. I'm driven by a vision of the world in which the uniqueness of individuals is valued. Trained in identity coaching, NLP, non-violent communication, leadership, communication, design thinking and human resources management, I enjoy advising and make possible individual and collective change.

Tu es une personne talentueuse et pourtant tu te sens perdue, incertaine, incomprise et triste de ne pas trouver de sens dans ce que tu fais et vis ? Je te partage mes outils, mes connaissances et mes astuces sous forme de mentorat et je t'accompagne également par le coaching. Quelle que soit la couleur de ton parcours, je te permet de te révéler et d'assumer ta puissance créatrice.

Après avoir longtemps dirigé des équipes et des projets dans une grande entreprise, je me suis reconvertie dans le coaching, la formation et l'animation d'ateliers pratiques en développement personnel. Je suis portée par une vision du monde ou l'unicité des individus est valorisée. Formée en coaching identitaire, PNL, communication non-violente, leadership, communication, design thinking et gestion des ressources humaines, je prends plaisir à conseiller et amener les changements individuels et collectifs.
