About me

My coaching is specialized in Pragmatic Spirituality for entrepreneurs, managers, and executive leaders. Drawing from my experience as a serial entrepreneur with a solid foundation in technology and business, I offer a unique blend of practical wisdom and spiritual insights. In 2021, I experienced burnout, from which I fully recovered, gaining valuable lessons about myself, my values, and life. Inspired to help others, I trained with the renowned spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle and became a certified coach. Now, I help professionals achieve work-life balance, success, and self-awareness through the principles of conscious living. I coach in German, English, and Spanish, and frequently speak at international events and on podcasts, discussing the integration of spirituality into the daily lives of executive leaders.
