I define myself as a "slasher": ACC coach – ICF / mother of four / nurse / teacher / trainer / speaker / student /...
I began my professional career as an operating room nurse in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery in Brussels. I held various roles including head nurse. Later, I took on the role of project manager in a strategy and development department.
Today, I teach my areas of expertise to nursing students: project management, research methodology, and well-being-related topics such as emotional intelligence and collective intelligence.
In addition to teaching, since obtaining my MasterCoach certification from the International Coaching Institute of Geneva, I have been working as a coach for individuals and businesses.
What I love about coaching is that we work in a forward-thinking dynamic. The coach's job is to offer the client the space for reflection that allows them to create the future they truly desire.
