I have over 15 years of experience from top-tier brand, advertising, and communications agencies, including WPP, Tulchan Communications, and Brunswick Group. Fascinated by leadership development and work culture I founded Workculturati, a boutique agency dedicated to fostering inclusive and innovative work environments.
I specialise in helping you to get unstuck, to feel inspired and to use your voice. I bring a global perspective to my work, gained from working across the UK, Spain, Colombia, Australia, and Luxembourg.
I was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching from Middlesex University and an MA in Politics and Sociology from the University of Edinburgh. I currently sit on the Board of EMCC Luxembourg and am an accredited Senior Practitioner since 2021. I am also a certified psychological safety practitioner, workplace mediator and a Mental Health First Aider.
