With 30 years working internationally at senior executive level running global accounting networks, I help leaders and their teams build their mindset to improve performance and produce a new level of results.
Typical challenges include addressing conflicts which are inhibiting your relationships and results; deepening your emotional awareness for improved decision-making, elevating relationships and wellbeing; building confidence for managing your high pressure moments e.g. speaking in public at a conference, facilitating a demanding board meeting, concert performance skills as a musician.
I work 1:1 and in teams, starting with getting clear what your development needs and desires are, clarifying what would be valuable for you from coaching if you could accomplish it and why.
Using skills gained through intensive supervised mediation and coaching programmes during the past 10 years, I bring a unique perspective, with proven tools and processes to build trust and enable you to step beyond your current view of yourself to go deeper and address what is really important for you.
