About me

I am certified in accordance with ICF principles by the Inhesa Institute in Berlin and work as a Business Life Health Coach in Luxembourg, France, and Germany. Thanks to my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I can incorporate psychological knowledge into my coaching.

A coaching session (90 minutes) offers a safe space to explore and work through your individual topics. I listen, ask questions, and mirror back on what stands out to me and what I perceive. I use various coaching methods to make the invisible visible and to bring unconscious elements to awareness. My trilingual skills allow me to offer coaching sessions in French, English, and German.
