Who am I? Well, I am a Luxemburgish certified professional coach who worked for over 30 years in the banking and training area. I was during for over 15 years an administrative manager of a partially state-owned SME which was active in development aid and continuous vocational training. Until I had a burn-out in 2018. In fact that was a gift and changed my way of thinking and being. It helped me to become who I am today on a personal level. On a professional level, I became an entrepreneur, a coach assisted by my dog Cooper and a mental fitness coach. As a PQ mental fitness coach, I practice mental fitness myself since I joined in 2020 the team of coaches, members of Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence®.
My inspiration: to help you to connect to yourself by connecting to nature and to accompany you to reveal the best version of yourself and develop your full potential.
My offer: to accompany you as an individual, a manager or an employee to get out of your mental autopilot by becoming aware of the voices in your head that do not serve you and to shift to your true self, to your Sage.

- So that you can increase your wellbeing, your performance and have better relationships be it in your private or professional life.
I offer a coaching with 1h00 to 1h30 sessions during 6-10 months 2-3 times a month. I also offer a Mental Fitness programme of 3 months with groups of 3-5 persons.
I accompany small teams or groups to work on internal issues, building trust becoming more tolerant and efficient.
How? The mixture of connecting to nature by having coaching sessions in the presence of my dog in my office or in nature, finding your solutions by yourself and get to know yourself better by building up your mental fitness. You will learn how your brain works, how to trust yourself, your intuition and go through live with ease and flow as often as possible. You will create new thinking habits based on the new awareness you made during the coaching session and the mental fitness programme.
Just imagine seeing the result you want to observe in your environment and in yourself at the end of your coaching. Then making little steps between the coaching sessions to reach the goals and objectives you fixed yourself – be it goals in your professional or private life.
