I am an executive coach (PCC) and corporate trainer in the areas of leadership and communication. For the past 8 years, I have been working with individuals, teams and groups from junior to C-suite level in international companies in the management consulting, legal, banking and online retail industries.
My goal as a coach is to help my coachees thrive. Life can be difficult and work environments challenging, but many obstacles on our path can be dealt with by looking at them differently and by looking at yourself differently. There is a lot hidden from our view and coaching helps by bringing clarity and perspective.
I have completed my coaching training with the Bossert Coaching Academy (ICF ACTP) in Munich, Germany. I am also MBTI and FIRO B certified (Myers-Briggs Company).
My professional background is law. I am a current member of the New York Bar and former member of the Brussels Bar. I studied law magna cum laude in Belgium (J.D., Catholic University Leuven) and in the USA (LL.M., University of Virginia School of Law), with a full scholarship by the Belgian-American Educational Foundation. I have worked in a law firm in Brussels practicing mainly commercial and corporate law. I have also worked for several years in Munich and in the UK in the field of European media law.
With my experience in several European countries and the USA, I bring a deep cultural understanding to my coaching. Currently living in Luxembourg, I speak 5 languages fluently and love to run and do yoga
