I am a Life coach and a accomplished visual artist.
With deep sensitivity and intuition developed over many years in these two areas I help whoever is motivated to evolve in her/his personal and professionnal life.

I am a trained coach for highly sensitive people (HSP) and a Non Violent Communication (NVC) expert. With over 15 years of experience as a volunteer with the Help Line of Geneva and with other support associations, I have and unparalleled experience in supporting individuals through challenging and sometimes painful transitions.
Using active listening, NVC, Conscious Communication and Mediations techniques, I have also lead several support discussion groups whose participants, over the years, have constantly recognized and praised the benefits for their personal growth.
Individual coaching sessions will enable you to:
- Find new ways to navigate through unknown territories
- Learn and cultivate an expression that is congruent with self and is empowering
