About me

I have a diverse background that led me from a university education in Social Sciences and Philosophy from the University of Duisburg over agile software engineering towards the sphere of professional coaching.

I started my coaching journey by supporting teams to adopt agile engineering practices. I followed the path of unleashing a joint sense of meaning and purpose across organisations.

After completing my first coaching education in 2017,  I started coaching leaders in the corporate context as well as individuals aligning their career path and confronting with anxiety.

I'm the founder of the Scaled Intent Leadership Academy, based in Munich, Germany.

I worked with leaders acrosss five continents, supporting their personal journey as well as enhancing the impact in their corporate role.
