About me

I am an Executive Coach to two groups of leaders: Leaders driving change in global financial institutions and multinational companies; and entrepreneurs building high-growth technology startups.

I bring perspectives from diverse leadership experience across multiple industries. As a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in international organizations within financial and management roles, I have deep insights into how leadership decisions are translated into tangible results that impact the operational, financial and leadership performance of an organization.
