🔸 Having navigated several career transitions, I now work as a Certified Career Transition Coach through the SHIFT program, supporting professionals ready to explore new paths. My focus is on empowering women to step into leadership roles.

🔸As a Certified Organizational Development Coach, I specialize in Change Management and Corporate Transformation Coaching. I help companies create thriving workplaces and reshape their organizational cultures. In addition to coaching, I use a low-cost, high-impact tool: mentoring. This includes designing effective mentoring programs, onboarding processes for new employees, and facilitating smooth internal rotations to foster growth and adaptability.
