Hi - I'm Tara.
I have a diverse cultural background with family roots hailing from England, Malta - and most recently, Spain! I'm based out on the sunny island of Malta.
With an honours degree in Marketing and Psychology, my career has been defined by building and leading high-performing teams in the technology industry, most notably in iGaming and telecommunications. I've had an amazing journey.
Having built and led various Marketing and Commercial teams in my previous roles, my favourite part of my job was my 1:1s with my team members, promoting people into management positions, giving them the tools, techniques and support to do their roles most effectively, and getting out of their way to see them shine!
I am thrilled I know get to do this with my wonderful clients, based all over the world, on a daily basis.
Besides my operational experience working in-house, I have completed my coach training for my ILM-7 in Coaching & Mentoring - The leading UK awarding body for general and specialist management qualifications.
I have a deep desire to facilitate growth with every client I engage with. I've been told I have a natural way of putting my clients at ease and providing a space for their personal development enabling their performance at work.
