After nearly 20 years working in the financial industry in Luxembourg as Head of HR, I hit a point where I needed more than just the day-to-day grind. I wanted to really get into what makes people tick, help them grow, and find their own paths.
That's why I took the plunge : I left the world of employment, launched my own HR consulting firm, and started a course to become a professional coach. And what an adventure it has been since then!
Now, I'm all about connecting with individuals, helping them figure out their challenges, and guiding them to solutions that work for them. It's been an awesome journey, helping others reach their potential and seeing them thrive!
Thanks to my long experience as HR in the finance world, I've gotten pretty good at navigating its ups and downs, understanding the stress that comes with it. It's not just about the numbers and the market trends; it's also about the pressure cooker environment that can really test you.
Apart from my Professional Coach Certification, I am also familiar with the so-called tool SISEM. And when you throw the Enneagram into the mix, it's like I've got this secret decoder ring that helps me get why people do what they do. So, combining my "HR Financial world" background with these insights into people and tools, I find myself in this unique spot where I can tackle challenges from multiple angles.
