My super-power as a coach is that bring the best from my experience as a business consultant, executive coach and business trainer.
I have 15 years of experience as a business consultant (consultant to principal at BCG, partner at EY-Parthenon). I support large corporates and non-profit organizations on the topics of strategy, growth, commercial and marketing excellence, transactions, organizational design, sustainability.
Since 2018 I am also working as a coach focusing on topics of career development, personal productivity, team effectiveness and leadership for individual and corporate clients in Europe. As part of my BCG career I spent 2 years doing team coaching in BCG Switzerland and 6 years coaching new joiners and junior consultants from across EMEA region.
With 17+ years of experience as internal business trainer (LVMH, BCG, EY-Parthenon) I have developed unique courses around structured thinking, communication, storytelling, business analysis, presentation skills, critical thinking, project management etc. I am also conducting trainings for corporate clients in Europe.
I speak English, Russian, Belarusian, French, Polish.
I live with my family in Geneva, Switzerland.
