Breathing is our first vital body functionality ... and yet, we don't know how it impacts our body and spirit.
How can your breathing contribute to a better mental, physical and emotional health?
Never tried BreathWork before? Then this workshop is crafted for you. It introduces you to BreathWork and has the ambition to be practical, interactive and educational.
- Practical because we "practice" 4 breathing techniques: cardiac coherence, euphoric, diaphragmatic and dopaminergic.
- Interactive because we exchange our feelings which fosters experience sharing.
- Didactic because I explain the underlying physiological basis why Breathing (re-)equilibrates mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
A personal assessment of your breathing pattern will also allow you to improve your breathing.

You will learn breathing techniques that will re-equilibrate your nervous system and hence positively impact your mental, physical and emotional health. You will find inner peace and this will positively impact people around you.
You will understand the physiological foundations of how and why, BreathWork is impacting your body, mind and spirit.
You will know the scale of breathing disorder you are subject to and elaborate a plan improve your breathing pattern.
