iPEC’s Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a research-backed assessment that provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. The assessment measures your ability to lead yourself andothers to take positive, productive, and sustainable action.
The ELI produces a tangible result, giving you awareness about who you are and your level of engagement in the world. You’ll also be able to see your energetic reaction to stress so that you can recognize—and if you choose to, consciously modify—that response utilizing the 7 Levels of Energy.
Any desired change in life starts with learning more about yourself. Because it is never about the other or the circumstance or the event, it is always about you, your role, your unconscious behaviour and energetic vibration.
Through the ELI assessment you will gain great insight on your conscious but mostly unconscious responses to events in life.
The assessment results will show you your reaction to life when you feel relaxed and at ease, as well as your reaction under stress. The latter is a result of unconscious patterning and this exactly the area where we limit our growth and where life feels tough and draining
You will gain a very practical and useful insight in the 7 levels of energetic vibration. Understanding the differences in attitude between the levels, will give a clear instrument for yourself to alter your behaviour consciously but also you will start to recognize the behavioural drivers of others. Once you have gained the benefits of the ELI assessment for yourself, you can also apply the test in a 360 version with your management team or board of directors. All teammembers will be assessed and give a reflection on each other.
