Setting up teams that work together efficiently can take time an energy. Give the team a head-start by bringing them together and helping them to align along common objectives and collaboration agreements.
We will work through a better understanding of who is part of the team, strengthen communication and collaboration. Often, it is not clear what the common purpose and objectives are. We will work on aligning the team behind a common vision and build trust between the individuals so they can collaborate and rely on each others' contributions.
I recommend setting aside two full-day sessions leaving about two months in between and one half-day follow-up session to assess the progress and identify any necessary adjustments after six months.
