The purpose of Team Coaching is for teams to take a step back, to have a moment of reflection on the way they want to work together.
Allowing the team to have the conversations they often never have, need to have and need to learn to have.
My role as the Team coach is to guide the team, offering them the safe space to inspire each other in reaching the collective objective they have defined together as a team.
The intelligence is in the team. But sometimes things stay hidden in unspoken truths. This creates interferences inbetween the team members. Team coaching is about identifying these interferences and deciding as a team how to get them out of the way.
The result is seen in how the team gradually increases cohesion. Cohesion which can be observed in the team, but also in how it radiates toward the rest of the organisation.

Energize the team by creating alignment and mutual understanding of each others ambitions and strengths. Also by aligning the team on how they want to be serving their stakeholders.
