Whatever is the challenge your team is facing, I am happy to support you utilizing my extensive experience as a coach, management consultant, trainer and business leader.
We will start with an exploratory meeting with the team leader to understand the situation, preceding events and team history, team dynamics, experience, challenges etc. We will also discuss expectations and desired outcomes.
Then I will talk to several team members to udnerstand their perspective, challenges and expectations.
Based on these initial diagnostics, I will develop a program proposal - with overall logic, timeline, number of sessions and their focus questions and align it with the team leader. Then I will develop a bespoke workshop / coaching session agenda for each of the group sessions and facilitate them. In between the sessions it will be the team's responsibility to work on some homework.
Usually such programs last for 2-6 months with sessions every 2-4 weeks. During the course of our work together we will maintain regular contact with the team leader for feedback and necessary adjustments to the original plan.
Team dynamics can be complicated and the individual and business costs of disfunctional, de-motivated, over-stressed teams can be enormous.
Often the strategy to sit and wait or resolve the issues yourselves not only fail to bring expected results, but also make things worse. Bringing external coach as additional support can help you get an independent outside-in view, clean of emotional charge and legacy tensions, provide a source to additional experience and pave the way to setting strong team foundations necessary for growth and well-being.
